Once upon a time in the land of hushabye[00:00:00]

And a gaily coloured mascot tripping lightly on before[00:00:20]

Don't fiddle with this deadly box or break the chains or pick the locks[00:00:23]

Well the children understood[00:00:33]

Children happen to be good[00:00:35]

They were just as good around the time of yaw[00:00:37]

They didn't try to pick the locks or break into that deadly box[00:00:40]

Mummies didn't either[00:00:47]

Sisters aunts grannies neither[00:00:48]

Cause they were quiet and sweet and pretty in those wondrous days of yaw[00:00:50]

Well very much the same as now not the ones to blame somehow[00:00:56]

For opening up that deadly box of war[00:01:02]

But someone did[00:01:06]

Someone battered in the lid[00:01:08]

And spilled the insides out across the floor[00:01:11]

A sort of bouncy bumpy ball made up of guns[00:01:14]

And flags and all the tears and horror[00:01:16]

And the death that goes with war[00:01:19]

It bounced right out[00:01:22]

And went bashing all about[00:01:23]

And bumping into everything and stored[00:01:25]

And what was sad[00:01:26]

And most unfair is that it didn't seem to care who much it bumped[00:01:28]

Or why or what or for[00:01:32]

It bumped the children mainly[00:01:37]

And I'll tell you this quite plainly[00:01:40]

It bumps them every day[00:01:42]

And more and more[00:01:44]

And leaves them dead and burned and dying[00:01:45]

Thousands of them sick and crying[00:01:47]

Cause when it bumps it's really very sore[00:01:50]

Now there's a way to stop the ball[00:01:58]

It isn't difficult at all[00:02:00]

All it takes is wisdom[00:02:01]

I'm absolutely sure that we could get it back into the box and[00:02:03]

Buy the chains and lock the locks[00:02:08]

No one seems to want to save the children any more[00:02:11]

In spite of all the wisdom wiz since those wondrous days of yaw[00:02:24]
