I got interested in various aspects of California's versions of the occult[00:01:10]

We would sit around at night[00:01:19]

When the Santa Anna winds howled outside[00:01:21]

And ask questions to the ouija board[00:01:26]

I found out a lot of information on my past 9 361 human lives on this planet[00:01:32]

My first life was as a raccoon[00:01:41]

And then you were a cow[00:01:47]

And then you were a bird[00:01:54]

Now this is apparently my first life as a woman[00:02:43]

Eventually though the ouija's written words[00:02:51]

Seemed to take a kind of personality a kind of a voice[00:02:55]

Finally we began to ask the board[00:03:01]

If the ouija would be willing to appear to us in some other form[00:03:03]

Seemed to be a version of this phantom voice[00:03:57]

Whispering in a code that I could never crack[00:04:01]
