And we had just gotten back off tour last night[00:01:03]

So the gang and I thought that it would be groovy[00:01:05]

If we summoned up the posse[00:01:08]

And done rushed the movie[00:01:09]

I got Angie Jeff got Tina[00:01:12]

Ready Rock got some girl I'd never seen in my life[00:01:14]

That was all right because the lady was chill[00:01:17]

Then we dipped to the theater set to[00:01:20]

The way it started was decent you know nuthin real fancy[00:01:28]

About this homeboy named fred and this girl named nancy[00:01:31]

But word when it was over I said yo that was def[00:01:34]

All right when we left[00:01:37]

But when I got home and laid down to sleep[00:01:40]

That began the nightmare, but on my street[00:01:42]

It was burning in my room like an oven[00:01:57]

My bed soaked with sweat[00:01:59]

And man I was bugging[00:02:01]

I checked the clock and it stopped at 12:30[00:02:02]

It had melted it was so darn hot And I was thirsty[00:02:05]

I wanted something cool to quench my thirst[00:02:08]

I thought to myself yo this heat is the worst[00:02:11]

But when I got downstairs[00:02:13]

I noticed something was wrong[00:02:14]

I was home all alone but the tv was on[00:02:16]

I thought nothin off it as I grabbed the remote[00:02:19]

I pushed the power button and then I almost choked[00:02:22]

When I heard this awful voice coming from behind It said,[00:02:24]

"You turned off David Letterman...now you must die!!"[00:02:27]

Man, I ain't even wait to see who it was Broke[00:02:30]

Inside my drawers and screamed, "So long, cuz"[00:02:33]

Got halfway up the block I calmed down and stopped screaming[00:02:36]

Then thought, "Oh, I get it, I must be dreaming"[00:02:38]

I strolled back home with a grin on my grill[00:02:42]

I think that since this is a dream I might as well get ill[00:02:44]

I walked in the house, the Big Bad Fresh Prince[00:02:47]

But Freddy killed all that noise real quick[00:02:50]

He grabbed me by my neck and said[00:02:53]

I laughed at first, then thought, "hold up,[00:03:35]

That hurt" It wasn't a dream, man, this guy was for real[00:03:37]

I said, "Freddy, uh, pal, there's been an awful mistake here"[00:03:40]

No further words and then I darted upstairs[00:03:44]

Crashed through my door then jumped on my bed[00:03:46]

Pulled the covers up over my head And said,[00:03:49]

"Oh please do something with Fred"[00:03:52]

He jumped on my bed, went through the covers with his claws[00:03:55]

Tried to get me, but my alarm went off And then silence[00:03:58]

It was a whole new day I thought,[00:04:01]

"Huh, I wasn't scared of him anyway"[00:04:04]

Until I noticed those rips in my sheets[00:04:06]

And that was proof that there[00:04:08]

Had been a nightmare on my street[00:04:09]

FP: Oh man, I gotta call Jeff,[00:04:18]

I gotta call Jeff[00:04:21]

Come on Jeff, answer Come on, man[00:04:29]

JJ: Hello?[00:04:32]

FP: Jeff, this is Prince,[00:04:34]
